Interview
Loop interview consisting 5-6 interviewers that has absolutely no clue about the position except the hiring manager that decides the results. Very ridiculous process for very little experienced people on the panel.

Super streamlined and efficient overall. Had a pothole in the middle due to ill interviewer which delayed my process for weeks. But in general it works like a clock . I had this same feedback from others.

Very elaborate and structured. Primarily behavioral questions (after the pre-screening interview). Centered on Amazon Leadership principals. You must fully study the LPs prior to interview. Prepare your examples ahead of time.
