I did an online assessment first and then a superday (2 interviews) with different employees. All behaviorial questions are pretty straightforward. The grading was based on leadership principles, so as long as you follow that, it will be easy.
Initial phone screening, then two, back-to-back behavioral interviews. Both straightforward with 4-5 prepared questions. Looked for ability to back up your responses with data, and use Amazon Leadership Principles as a framework.
