1st step was a phone screen testing functional on how to source difficult roles, manage stakeholders and closing candidates.
Once phone screen was cleared, moved to loop. Had 5 rounds. 3 with peers, 1 with HM and 1 Cross functional

Completed 4 rounds and tested on recruiting experience, stakeholder management and how leadership principles show up in the everyday work. Based on the follow up questions, you would need to provide examples on the most challenging and extreme side of your role. General play safe examples will not show enough range on the leadership principles.

there are two business interviews. the first is an hour long and the final rounds are usually 3-5 hours long. Most interviews are still virtual and done through Amazon's own video conferencing app called Chime. Make sure to have it downloaded.
