Quick chat with the recruiter. She was helpful and gave good tips to ace the interview. Scheduled a phone screen for 60 minutes but the interviewer never joined. The recruiter then sent an apology saying the interview so couldn’t join and offered to reschedule. Same thing happened again. When I emailed the recruiter, she apologized and tried to reschedule again.
No thank you Amazon. You give so much importance to customer obsession but clearly you don’t follow your own company values. Why waste the interviewee’s time just to not show up for the interview? Highly disrespectful. Please don’t waste hopeful interviewee’s time and energy.
