Overall, the interview process was comfortable. It began with an introduction to the supervisor and addressing questions about previous projects. Following that, there was a one-hour logical assessment conducted by HR in both Chinese, English, and numerical reasoning. the interview took approximately two hours.

What's the biggest improvement or the most significant difference could be made If you could go back to the early stages of project development right now?
Overall the process is nice, they focus more about whether applicants have related practical experience and skill sets. The working environment is average, and the engineer team have eight members in total, every people will handle more.
