Good screening by recruiter. 2 Manager interviews which were an hour each followed by a 90 mins panel presentations infant of 3 managers, then followed by a senior exec conversation

Interview with HR Friendly and professional ( was referred ) Interview with a new female sales manager ( not friendly and eager to cut the interview earlier while she took the zoom already late )… Pretty arrogant in her questions and no real Empathy or listening skills whatsoever .

No relevant questions on the motives except that the person boasted about her supposed track record in the past ( red flag to be suspicious ) while she just onboarded the company recently
