Interview
3 part interview: recruiter, hiring manager, and a panel technical interview. Fair questions revolving understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, REST API, security, and overall web concepts. Friendly and encouraging interviewers, no curveballs - they genuinely wanted to assess your fit.
Everyone was very friendly until I didn't pass the final interview - ghosted with no courtesy of pass/fail despite multiple follow ups. Eventually cc'd the recruiter only to get an automated rejection.
