The interview had 4 rounds, HR, Case, Hiring Manager, US team. The main focus is on how well you fit into the team and your character. Generally the manager believes that the hard skills can be trained, hence mainly understanding your motivation, what you are looking for, whether you are up for the job.

Very smooth interview process. I was contacted and progressed quickly through each stage whilst being given ample time to prepare. Very kind staff and seems like they genuinely want to help.
Expect questions like “Why sales?” and “Why AlphaSense?”, along with a high-level discussion of your experience and communication skills. Overall, it wasn't too difficult as the interview with the hiring manager was pretty conversational.
