      This was by far the worst interview process I’ve ever experienced. It started off well - after sending my application, I spoke to the hiring manager, completed a creative project, and then reviewed the project with the manager. Everything seemed fine until I met the Alo Moves team via video chat. The first person I spoke with (before other members hopped on the call) was just downright hostile and condescending. I even tried asking her name, and she wouldn’t say it. I immediately knew this wouldn’t be the place for me. Honestly, I was so excited to chat with everyone and this was very unexpected. For the next 2 hours, I gave sloppy answers so that it would be over. I’m an Alo Moves subscriber, but after this negative experience, I will no longer support this company.

      Question 1

      CONTENT STRATEGIST PROJECT (2-4 hours) In this stage of the interview, we would like you to complete a two-part creative project. This will help us get to know you and your skillset better, as well as give you a flavor of the type of projects you’d be expected to work on at Alo Moves. INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S CAMPAIGN An important part of the Content Strategist role is to help create campaigns that can be tailored to each of our social channels (Instagram Feed/Stories, Facebook, Youtube, etc). The goal is to inspire and engage our audience while promoting our content and brand. For this part of the project you will be pitching content ideas for our International Women’s Day campaign. PART I: ASSETS USING CURRENT CONTENT How can we use content we already have to promote this initiative? In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our post-production team to repurpose content we have already shot or launched. Please put together a quick creative brief for our post-production team (editors) to create assets for this campaign. Make sure the following is included: Creative Vision Assets Specifics Metrics to gauge success PART 2: ASSETS USING NEW CONTENT How can we create new content to promote this initiative? In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our pre-production team to create new content. Please put together a quick creative brief for our pre-production team (producer and production manager) to create assets for this campaign. Make sure the following is included: Creative Vision Production Asks Assets Specifics Metrics to gauge success
