The "office" is a house, your "office cubicle" would be a coffee table and a laptop, the "manufacturing facility" is a run down 4 bay shop, the company is run by one of those eccentric but insufferable geniuses who treats people with disdain and belittles them, and other management doesn't know what they are doing. First impressions was not good. The interview included an unorthodox test devised by the CEO that consists of toddler level reflex tests, completely unrelated to your abilities to perform the job, and he WILL deny you a job if your performance in this ridiculous test do not meet his expectations. Don't waste your time.
