The owner and I had a previous professional connection, so we met for lunch. She spent a couple of hours telling me about the company. A couple of weeks later I went to her office where she spent more time telling me in more detail the kind of work/projects they do, an overview of their clients, and also giving me detailed info on company benefits etc. I then met with several of her staff, including one recruiter, who spent time asking me more typical interview questions about my experience and skills. Following the interview they emailed me an online tool to evaluate my specific skills and experience in many HR areas.
