Very poor experience. The interviewer was unprepared and casually mentioned the role might take six months to fill, which made the whole process feel pointless. The recruiter couldn’t answer basic questions. It felt like my time was not respected at all. if the position isn’t expected to be filled anytime soon, that should be communicated upfront.
