I went through 4 interviews that were about an hour long each and completed 2 assessments that lasted about 1.5 hours total. 3 of the interviews were behavioral and the last was a case. Every single interview was postponed when I had made plans to be off of work on those days. Additionally, I waited 4 weeks with no updates to hear back the final decision. I personally found the experience to be extremely unprofessional which provides some insight to how they likely treat their clients. Additionally, they gave no feedback or data as to why they decided to decline an offer. From a consulting data driven firm this was surprising and insulting given the amount of time dedicated to this process. Otherwise, I had great discussions throughout each call and the case was relatively simple but quantitative.
