There were so many levels to the interview process that it felt as though I was applying to the CIA. The process was rather inefficient and I felt like I was having the same conversation multiple times with different members of the organization.

The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AlixPartners (London, England)

The first step: phone interview with HR
the second is: going over the CV with a director
the third step: phone interview with a psychologist and online personality tests and there is logical and final, and I didn't make it that far, overall little bit nice but it is strongly stretch process in my own opinion
