The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at AlixPartners
Interview
The process was a joke. There are multiple time-consuming rounds, but they promise to give you detailed feedback to help you succeed even if you do not get an offer from them. I spent a lot of time going through the various stages, and after the red carpet day, the recruiter called me to tell me that I am not passing to the next round. The call lasted less than 2 minutes. There was NO feedback whatsoever. The only feedback was that they are looking for people with more work experience (!). First, this is nonsense because they saw my resume before inviting me for this marathon interview. Second, the recruiter lied to me because the same week they hired a friend of mine who has less work experience than me. Keep up with the good job AlixPartners.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Candidate experience is the focal point of our recruiting process, and it’s disappointing to hear that we fell short of our standards. I will personally follow-up with our recruiting teams to ensure we are providing timely and clear communications to all of our candidates. Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at AlixPartners (New York, NY)
Interview
Lack of transparency throughout. Completed several components of the interview. HR and hiring team slowplayed process - has to reach out for multiple updates and just dragged along.
Similar to below interview, still being considered after my performance; told no hiring yet ongoing job posts exist.
Wish this process was simpler without so many steps and lack of communication.

6 stages with a interactive assessment. This is then followed by a deep dive on your personality and motivations through a targeted test. Which is then reviewed by their team in the US
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why Alix Partners? And why specifically the operations practice
Did not take too long due to an accelerated business need. However, it was an intense process. The process included an external recruiter screen, internal HR screen, a panel interview with function leads, and two interviews with senior stakeholders. There was also a testing round and an interview with an organizational psychologist.
