Interview
The process started with Terminal.IO they were very helpful in starting the process. There was no contact with anyone directly with the company, just only with Terminal.
Alignable sent a code challenge over hacker rank, in which I passed all these tests, I agree they can say I'm not selected and this is ok, but the only feedback I received was: "the code was not strong enough". Is really bad you spend a lot of time just getting a few words.

Hacker rank challenges: find the first repeated character in a word, find if you can move from a coordinate to another, find the number of seconds to type a keypass in a keypad.
Involves a call, OA, and final long interview. The call was mostly talking + a quick coding question, the OA was long, and the final interview was 2 questions. I would say it was generally difficult
