Interview
An introductory talk with the person in charge. A few test afterwards to determine the which lessons you can teach. Finally, extensive training after passing the tests for each of the lessons and the teaching styles and processes.

Basic academic and tutoring background. Knowledge of the fields taught.
Friendly and consice interview. There was a 2 day entry test and a 10 day training that you had to pass in order to start working. Not difficult but a bit time consuming
