I was asked in advance to prepare my answers to situational/behavioral questions in the STAR Theory format, so I spent hours preparing. However, the interview was more conversational and they didn’t ask any standard situational/behavioral questions. Which was fine considering the type of work I would be doing as a remote contractor. I shared my experience and process for content development doing the exact work I would be performing in this role.
