Very straight forward process. People were very professional and had very scientific questions. The HR has a phone screening first and then got the interview with the R&D manager. I had a positive feeling after i am done.

Interview
I had an initial interview with a recruiter, followed by 4 panel interviews with the R&D directors of the different departments and 2 interviews with the hiring manager (before and after the panel interviews). The interviews lasted between 45-60min each.

Describe yourself. How do you resolve conflicht among peers? How do manage stress and tight deadlines? Why Alcon? What was your biggest accomplishment? Which strengths do you bring to the table?
The remaining coniversation was about specifics from my CV and the overall scope of the role.
