I interviewed for server software development team in San Jose. The key skill required was C++, data structure, algorithms. 1. Recruiter screen - general questions for technical fit. 20 - 30 mins. 2. Hiring manager round - 45min - 1hr - some behavioral questions (eg. the one time when you ... ) - some experience describing questions - some technical questions. e.g. reverse a linked-list. No code compilation required. - general conversation on candidates expectations 3-4 technical interview rounds (45m - 1hr each) - C++ questions - algorithms - tricky problems to implement - time complexity related evaluations - scaling related design questions
