It was fairly straight forward. Had to have multiple meetings before job offer. Gave an overview of expectations for the position. More focused on selling the company than my background.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Airgas in Jan 2022
Interview
Started with a phone call from a recruiter which went extremely well. After that I had a virtual interview with three people at the plant in Charlestown, last I had a virtual interview with the VP of Operations. The whole process took about two weeks, sadly was beaten out by an internal applicant.
