Interview started with a tour of the plant. Safety was one of the number one concerns. I was told about every position in plant which was helpful. Interview went real well, I was with same person the whole afternoon. One of the bosses gave the interview and not a hiring manager. Made me feel real comfortable, very nice guy.

Everything about the interview was smooth and painless. Went from applying, to doing a phone interview a few days later, to an in person interview the next week and was offered the job the next day. My situation might be different than others, but questions weren’t overly difficult which helped keep me less anxious.
