Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback! It is appreciated as we would like to avoid any miscommunication in the future. During your interview we do ask the typical questions asked in any interview you will attend. In our company we treat our employees like family and we truly dedicate ourselves to finding out what your goals and ambitions are so that we may help you achieve those. We are currently working towards getting a receptionist in our office, however myself and the other manager are more than happy to help with yours and anyone else's needs until we are able to do so. I noticed you mentioned you had not applied to a sales position, however in our ads we always mention sales. Customer service and sales are what make up a typical marketing firm and we make it clear in the phone call and during your interview that this is a sales and marketing position and what interested you about the position in particular. I also wanted to clear up any confusion about how we handle our marketing practices. It is stated multiple times that we do not participate in any D2D, B2B, or telemarketing services. This is strictly inside sales and all of our positions are salary based with the opportunity to earn commission on top of your salary each week.
