Interview process was fine up until the end. I applied, got asked for my availability, and met with someone. They told me they were interested in going to the next step, so I did, and I was told that it required a take-home assessment. Completed that and was given an email saying a combination of: - You're moving on to the next step - The next step is meeting our Product Lead - This will be delayed by two weeks because the PL is on vacation currently. - The next email we send will be to confirm your availability. The next email was to randomly tell me that they weren't considering me anymore. I followed up with an email asking what happened and why the sudden change despite what was written in the previous email I received --- crickets.
