Applied online for a role a few months back, but we agreed that it wasn’t the best fit at the time. Two or three months later, the same recruiter got back to me about headcount that just opened up for a new team. I had a phone interview with a Recruiting Lead and then moved into onsite about a week or two later. The onsite was great! I met with people from the tech recruiting, recruiting operations, and leadership teams. Everybody was so friendly and welcoming, so I was pretty comfortable interacting with them. I had a 2nd video/onsite interview with a couple of engineers and the questions were focused on core values. The interview questions were mainly situational/behavioral questions, so it’s a great opportunity to chat about your past experiences- wins and failures. Take your time with the critical thinking questions and, most importantly, be honest :)
