Applied online for a role a few months back, but we agreed that it wasn’t the best fit at the time. Two or three months later, the same recruiter got back to me about headcount that just opened up for a new team. I had a phone interview with a Recruiting Lead and then moved into onsite about a week or two later.
The onsite was great! I met with people from the tech recruiting, recruiting operations, and leadership teams. Everybody was so friendly and welcoming, so I was pretty comfortable interacting with them. I had a 2nd video/onsite interview with a couple of engineers and the questions were focused on core values.
The interview questions were mainly situational/behavioral questions, so it’s a great opportunity to chat about your past experiences- wins and failures. Take your time with the critical thinking questions and, most importantly, be honest :)

Good experience more of a behavioural round. Very nice interviewer made me feel very comfortable. Mainly focused on my experience and specific recruiting metrics and accomplishments. I look forward to next steps!!!

First it was fast i passed all the interviews and submit a presentation then still waiting for an answer , the recruiter keep on telling me nezt week or next day we will have some update vut till now no updates even the recruiter is no longer answering

One round of interview. In this round one lady by the name of Monica interviewed me. She was least interested in taking my interview. I asked her so may question about the company but she didn't even answer one question. Please stop wasting time of others if you don't need good resources in your team. Also no feedback yet after multiple follow-ups.
