The process was smooth, professional and informative. It consisted of a two stage interview, starting with a 15-min call to meet the team, followed by an in-person meeting where we spoke more in-depth about the role, what I bring to the business and what Air Social can do for me. It was a great experience, and I was kept informed about progress along the way so I never felt like I was waiting for a response on next steps.

Interview
I completed three interviews, all of which went very well. Throughout the process, I was repeatedly told I was their strongest candidate and that the others weren’t a good fit. One of the interviews was cancelled cause one of the managers has his toddler sick and reschedule a week later. My final interview was last Wednesday. Each interview was scheduled for one hour but ran to about 1 hour 30 minutes, which I had to make up at my current job. I was told I’d have a decision by Friday. When I messaged on Friday evening for an update, explaining I needed the outcome to plan annual leave, the conversation became defensive and said I was being rude or upset which wasnt the case, i was just willing to get an idea as promised , and also claimed had no feedback from their side. A few days later I finally received a decision: I didn’t get the role. No feedback was provided, despite me spending a full-day presentation and completion of two extended interviews. If I behave the way they did to me, i wouldnt even pass the first interview
