Aim High Leadership Center interview questions

The initial interview day was good the Director was very nice very pleasant the interview went well we didn’t really talk to much about details that day the job was offered to me the following week I accepted but I was getting paid less than I was getting at my current job so when she asked me for all the paperwork that I needed to bring I collected all my paperwork all my certificates and everything that I needed and I bring it over to her and I asked her if there was any way that she could be flexible with the salary she said she would have to talk to her Executive Director and then she would get back to me I also bought up to her that on the indeed site there were some negative comments about her since her and that maybe she should look into that and remove it so I went home the following day I got a phone call from the executive Director stating that miss Asia had given me the wrong amount that their budget was only allotted to pay $25,000 for an assistant teacher they are solicitation on indeed says $16-$17 an hour so how are you gonna call me back and offer me $25,000 a year! Ridiculous. Very unprofessional and also when I went to take my paperwork and someone else came to greet me at the door so she came and let me in instead of you can have a seat she said are you here for interview and I said no I’m here to bring some paperwork she say you can give it to me because Ms.Asia is upstairs doing an interview now she never introduced herself never said I’m so in so I had to ask are you the other Director and all she said was yes never said I’m sorry my name is so-and-so so impolite and unprofessional not a good experience I’m so glad that I will not be working g there.
