I applied online. I interviewed at Agoda in Jul 2024
Interview
An Agoda recruiter reached out and sent over two Alooba assessment links (one for a Marketing Analyst role and the other for a Manager position). I'm currently a Marketing Analyst and deal with Google and Adobe analytics everyday -- the application also made it seem like related questions would be on the assessment. First, the Alooba platform gave me so many technical issues like not being able to click the 'Next' button to proceed. Then the questions were not relevant to the role; it seemed like it was a mix of multiple data roles (analytics, science, engineering). Lastly, when I got to the video portion, my final video did not upload, it ended up being the first video I recorded. I informed the Agoda recruiter but of course with some questions not answered during the assessment, others I likely got wrong, and an incomplete video interview, I was bound not to move forward.

Has aptitude test and interview with manager, the aptitude test is average but the interview is quite rigorous, has questions ranging from experiences and minor skill tests on logic and mathemetics (which I didn't pass)
After the CV screening stage, I proceeded to the online assessment, which included multiple-choice questions, SQL tasks, and a video-recorded response to one question. However, I was not selected to advance beyond this stage.
