In Teleperformance, the process was simple. First, I had my initial interview through AI where I just spoke to check my communication skills. Then, I had my final interview with the recruiter. Lastly, I did a mock call to test how I handle customers. It was a smooth and professional experience.

Firstly Telephone screening with generalist recruiter. Then 1st interview with hiring manager Then case study submission and then present it to panel. They gave 5 days to submit case study, but gave themselves 4 weeks 5 weeks to respond.
