They make you feel comfortable and talk in a nice calm tone with you. Nice company to work at but the management at Demaneng is a no go really. First mine where I'm seeing the contractors are treated better then it's own personal staff.

Received a call from HR inviting me for an interview scheduled in a week's time. Gave me the date and time. Got to the interview 30 minutes earlier and waited at the reception. I was then called to the interview room where I was interviewed by two staff.
