Affin MoneyBrokers interview questions

interview takes 3 times of interview over 3 weeks. The Vice President Mr. Tan Kee Hang comes to interview asking what is your background and why are you coming for the job. He says trader job is no career progression, always trade profit sharing. He offers the job with RM 2500 basic at Chulan Tower. He says he have 18 years experience and don't have a tertiary education. He says traders normally he look for those computer gamers. Like to think and click and plan, don't need any financial theory and skill. Just buy and sell and he say cut lost. He say he will use beta like 0.5 not too high or low. He also look at large cap stocks only. He always say sky is the limit to earn.
