Extremely unprofessional. I had applied via linked in and had a great phone interview where we both felt it was a great fit. When I arrived it seems like things were completely different. I was told all the reasons he shouldn't hire me and the tone went from applauding my experience to talking down on it. In between interviewers I considered leaving. I would not reccomend.
