Interview
Phone interview with Internal Recruiter. In person Interview with Director of Business Operations (DBO) OR In person interview with two Account Managers. Half Day Shadow (coordinated by Recruiter Lead)- come in to meet them team. You will experience a morning meeting, sit with 3-4 different recruiters, account managers, and account recruiting managers, a final in person interview also takes place during the Half Day Shadow and will consist of either the DBO or two Account Managers (you will meet with the opposite of who you first interviewed in person prior to your Half Day)

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
