I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aerotek (San Ramon, CA) in Jun 2010
Interview
Everything went well. Aerotek is basically looking for someone who is sales driven, someone who is into making money. One of the questions that stood out was "Are you looking for a great working relationship or one in which you make more money?" (Hint: Answer is $$$!).
The recruiter turned me off by asking what other jobs I had been searching for. I informed her that since my degree is in a social science field, I am searching in the sales, managerial, and administrative field. She scolded me for searching for work in the administrative field, saying, "This concerns me because administrative work is such where you simply receive the same paycheck, regardless of what your work performance is like, and I am concerned this may reflect your work ethic." I'm sorry, I didn't know that Aerotek recruiters are psychologists as well *sarcasm*. Anywho, I got no offer for a second interview or a job (obviously) and was notified of such 2 days later.
Aerotek recruiters need to know that just because one is looking in the administrative sector, does not make them lazy.
Thanks for wasting 30 minutes of my time!

I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek

Easy, few questions. Didnt care much about previous experience. Sales oriented job, interviewer was clear about expectations, very friendly as well. Phone screening process, half day as well as one on one interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Aerotek (Baltimore, MD) in Jun 2013
Interview
Four different interviews. Called in for the first interview and the guy to interview me was late by about a half hour. Interview went well and i went through a series of 3 more interviews with different individuals over the course of four weeks.

Question 1
Why do you think you are qualified for this position
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Aerotek (Grand Rapids, MI) in Jan 2013
Interview
It was quick and I heard by shortly after. The people that interviewed me were very outgoing and easy to talk to. Seem like a position that will not make much money with long hours. I felt the phone interview was harder then the in person interview. Overall not a bad interview
