Well first we met at a hotel and it was a large group of us filling out applications, then they call you to do a one on one interview. if they like you they will ask you to stay and they will have you fill out more paper work. then they will send in for a background check and have you to go to a clinic to get a drug screening. it takes about a week or two then they hire you.
