I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aerotek
Interview
I thought it was an interview but they basically accept anyone who walks through their door. They were quick to place me in a company (who eventually hired me full time). They gave tips on how to answer interview questions and to look up behavior based interview questions. You just answer a few questions about your background, fill out some paper work and take a drug test.
Wasn’t a real interview- managers described their experience to sell the position to you because they’re desperate for more people. The company has such high turnover rate because it burns you out. They will tell you about the great money they’re making, which is true. But it’s literally not worth it!!
Not very long and easy. I did not interview with Aerotek, but they did set up interviews with other comapnies on my behalf. The recruiter helps you through the other companies interview processes.
A phone interview was conducted inquiring into my preliminary qualifications such as education, experience, and whether or not I actively held the licenses necessary for the position's duties. The job offer was extended one week after the interview was conducted.
