I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aerotek (Bellevue, WA)
Interview
Was very easy going at first, had an initial phone screening interview with my campus recruiter that was easy, and lots of behavioral questions. Then had an onsite interview scheduled with a manager (who was late) and had a lengthy 90 minute conversation not really about Aerotek, it was all about me and what in my life had prepared me to begin my career at Aerotek. Then I did not receive a response from them or my recruiter when I sent them a thank you follow up email. Waited until a month and a half later for my recruiter to say anything, the emailed the recruiter what the next interview steps would look like or if I was even still being considered. Was not offered to continue, but I wouldn't have accepted to continue the process anyways with the poor experience I had with them, and that I was successfully moving forward with several other recruiting firms that valued me more.

Question 1
One of the more interesting experiences I have had at an interview, they ask about your background, then begin to ask you more personal questions getting to know what motivates you, your goals in your career, some risks you have taken in life, etc. However they continue to dig into your personal life and really want to know deep stories to back up these behavioral questions, I am all for determining what motivates a candidate and why you would be passionate about a certain job....but it was really uncomfortable having them pry into my family history, life struggles, and having a stranger want to dig deep into my personal life was extremely uncomfortable. That isn't necessarily what makes me a qualified candidate for your job, should not really have to prove that I have a personality.
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Question 1
What motivates you?
What’s your “why”?
Are you a go-getter?
Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
