Interview
Phone interview and In person with the director of the operations and possible a practice lead/divisional lead. They care about why you want to be successful and how Aerotek will tie into your work/life balance goals
Internal interview with leadership mostly other AMs. They basically interview you to see if you have what it takes to be an AM and push through hard/challenging times. After that, you get an offer or you dont.

Had a phone screen, in person meeting, lunch and another in person meetings. These all happened within two weeks. It was a semi-formal meeting. Everyone seemed to enjoy the conversation. They really do care about their business and the people they are hiring.

Interview
You will be contacted by an internal recruiter, if you pass that screening you will be invited for either an in person interview and do a half day shadow. From there they make the offer. Process does move quickly
