Interview
UNPLEASANT , DISRESPECTED, IRRESPONSIBLE. It was a terrible experience and words cannot even describe how unprofessional their HR or recruiter is...To simply put it, the whole interview felt like being interrogated by the Boarder Security Services in a room. If you want to get a sense of interrogation feeling by the boarder officers, apply here and they will give you that test trial. Never responded to me either.

Why are you applying to be in this position because your experience is irrelevant and does not relate to recruiting. Why you want this job and are you competitive? And a lot of scenario questions.
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
