The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek (Tempe, AZ)
Interview
The recruiter I worked with was wonderful. Had a great first phone interview then was told she would look over the interview and let me know by end of week if I would move on to an in person. It took so long I had to follow up. I didn’t get an in person interview for about two weeks. Once I was there, the interviewer seemed to ask questions that were set up to make you fail. He was extremely condescending and asked things that had nothing to do with the role. He just emphasized my weaknesses and barely told me about the job. A few days later I get a generic “moving forward with another candidate” email. Huge waste of time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me your real weaknesses. Not interview answer weaknesses.
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Question 1
What motivates you?
What’s your “why”?
Are you a go-getter?
Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
