Interview
In person interview, with a short logic test. During the interview process they to to access your willingness to be on call 24/7 and be the road constantly, with no real schedule. The discuss the contract, and what the work is like. They use the promise of earning big bonuses to entice potential employees to sign their absolutely horrible contract.
They misrepresent what working there is really like, and they DON'T Pay Earned/Promised bonuses.
Do not believe what they tell you in the interview process. This is a horrible company to work for. Run!
