Interview
I was a referral, pretty much I was told to call the department manager and we scheduled a time for me to come in and be dressed to impress. I had a pretty barren resume so we didn't spend a lot of time on that. I just filled out my application and was told I could start the following day and to bring two forms of ID.

Being asked to read the script was pretty surprising for me since this was my first experience in a call center or really anywhere outside of a restaurant kitchen. It wasn't difficult but was a surprise at the time
