Interview
I had two phone interviews and one in person interview. The interviews were mostly conversational and questions were about industry experience. After the in person interview I followed up twice requesting an update but never heard back with a decision. This reflects poorly on the company and left me extremely disappointed. I would recommend a more responsive approach if you want to attract talent.
