They reached out via LinkedIn and email. Swapped communications, and then had a 30ish min phone interview. Discussed next steps and all the people who would be involved. Couple days later, got the “thanks/no thanks” email.

The interview consisted of taking some tests that I passed with a high score and they also sent me emails that I passed the tests and then a face-to-face interview and after they offered me the job and then few days later they sent me a email telling me that they changed their minds and won't offer me the job.
