They reached out via LinkedIn and email. Swapped communications, and then had a 30ish min phone interview. Discussed next steps and all the people who would be involved. Couple days later, got the “thanks/no thanks” email.

Question 1
No issues with the questions. All were basic low level; expected deeper dialogue.
One question: explain how you would lead a team with a mix of leaders having many years experience coupled with new leaders.
