Met with directors and team members for sales, engineering, and PM to get a feel of all the people i'd be working with. Got questions about experience with different technologies, how i'd handle some complicated scenarios, and about what motivates me and what environments i thrive in. it was conversational and a great experience all around. not the type where you need to memorize the "right" answers to things.
