Interview
During the process of interview in first time, I met with Human Resources Manager and She asked me about the general questions in recent history in working. Since I have over 20 years' experience and she suppose I can handle the work and then pass to the boss of this company. Then I met with Managing Director and he expected me to lead the sales team in Hong Kong and Shenzhen. Work duties include monitoring the sales activities, budget setting, cost down analysis and KPI, etc.
