Interview
The first step was a phone call with the recruiter, then an on campus interview with two managers and the last step was an office interview with six different managers.

Unprofessional and a complete waste of time. The recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screening with me, but not only did she show up late, she also started the call by saying that my experience might not be sufficient for the role. Everything she needed was clearly stated on my résumé. If she had already decided I wasn’t qualified, why schedule the call in the first place?
I went through 3 rounds of interviews. The first round of discussion was with the recruiter and the second and third were with the hiring manager and another team member from the finance team. The interviewer checked my basic knowledge about Financial Reporting and my experience with it.
