Interview
Recruiter did the initial screening for about 20 min and then walked through the position.
1) Phone interview with the hiring manager was very friendly discussion about my previous experience and the expectations from the role. Gave a very clear understanding of the project. Some questions were asked about skills:- excel, VBA, access etc.

Applied in October through their website for the multiple internship positions, (I did go on a tour of the facilities in SF) I heard back in January and received a video interview that included a few questions. They were all behavioral based.

Multiple rounds interviews. Most interviews followed (a) personal introduction (b) case questions / behavioral questions (c) time for questions. Without close preparation on the role it would have been very hard to master the interviews.
