it was done with steps with the first being a joint online hr assessment with psychology test including tree test, drawing and etc, continued by an offline group interview to test discussion an problem solving abilities and then proceeding to HR and Stakeholder interview where i was asked about company knowledge, previous experiences, skills, and future career discussions, and questions to test leadership mindset and skills
The interview process is not that hard. The interviewer is kind enough for me because she states form the start that this is just talking session so don't need to put some pressure
